MANILA, Philippines – Cloud Sherpas and ARMCO sought to solidify their respective standings in the ongoing elimination round of BPO Classic’s recreational plus division on Sunday, May 15 at the Treston International College in Taguig City.
Cloud Sherpas edged out Ring Central with a 57-54 victory, while ARMCO pounded IMS Health with a 75-65 victory.
Robbie Dell Macatbag shepherded Cloud Sherpas with his 17-point production that came along with 5 rebounds, 4 assists, two steals and two blocks.
Crissar Ibarra joined Macatbag in breaking Cloud Sherpas into winner’s column as he scorched the basket with 15 markers.
On the other hand, Joel Nalindhom led Ring Central by flirting a double-double performance of 25 points and 9 rebounds.
Meanwhile, ARMCO comprehensively leaned on Lorenzo Jacob, who amassed 34 markers to go along with 7 boards, one dime and one steal.
Back-up skipper Russell Fouad Rida also stepped up for ARMCO as he made 17 points and 17 rebounds.
Although IMS Health yielded to AMRCO, Andrew Angbeng and Federico Mangantulao manned the squadron’s offense by tallying with 15 and 12 points respectively.
