Sitel Gets No. 1 Seed in Playoffs; IMS Health Stays at Second

MANILA, Philippines – Sitel ended the regular season of the 2016 BPO Classics season’s recreational plus division on a high note as the team tore down FIS Global with an 87-73 triumph on Sunday, June 26 at the Makati Coliseum in Makati City.

The dynamic duo of Ralph Clarence Villas and Eugene Velo served as the smooth operator for Sitel as both men finished with 15 points.

Starting playmaker Ronald Martin Mallari also contributed 11 markers to Sitel’s conquest of FIS Global, while Aswin Sukumar and Christian Angelo Aquino had 10 points each.

Meanwhile, FIS Global heavily leaned on Sonny Joseph Twano, who managed to score 23 points and picked up 7 rebounds, two assists, one steal and one block.

On the other hand, IMS Health concluded the elimination round with a bridesmaid performance as the squad pummeled Ring Central, 87-59.

Jeffrey Aizac Dumlao racked up 18 markers to lead IMS Health, while Andrew Angbeng added 10 points.
