MANILA, Philippines – SBO 1 sent Aviation into a downward spiral as they notched an impressive 73-57 victory on Tuesday, November 15 at Asia Pacific College in Makati City.
Christian Manalo’s star shined the brightest in SBO 1’s triumph against Aviation as he collected 14 points to compliment his four rebounds and one steal.
Manalo received a helping hand from second stringers Alex Eusebio and Ivan Enriquez, who had 9 markers each to help SBO 1 to topple Aviation.
On the other hand, Aviation was led by Jorge Veneracion, who came off the bench to score 19 markers to go along with ten boards, two dimes and three steals.
Aviation also had PJ Mundala in the firing range as he drilled 17 points, but it was not enough to put the team on the driver’s seat.
Like its sister squad, SBO 2 also came on top by pummeling Global Commercial with a 48-39 win.
Back-up gunslinger Hernan Sison bannered SBO 2’s victorious campaign as he amassed 15 points, six rebounds, one assist and one block.
In the other game, Fuel Save leaned on Carlo Montoya’s 26-point output to beat SPEX with a 77-66 conquest.
