Eights Teams Battle in PSPC Playoffs

MANILA, Philippines – The cast of PSPC’s playoff picture is complete as eight teams have earned a spot in the tourney’s quarter-final knockout phase and vie for Final Four seats.

Leading the elite eight is Retailer Fuel Savers, which ended the single-round elimination with an outstanding 8-1 win-loss slate.

Retailer Fuel Savers will have the first match of the playoff round on Tuesday, January 17 against Aviation, which occupies the No. 8 spot with a 2-7 record.

Meanwhile, SBO 1 will lock horns with Contractual Staff 2 on Thursday, January 12. SBO 1 ended the elimination round with 7-2, while Contractual Staff 2 finished with 4-5.

SBO III, which earned third seed in the playoffs with a 6-3 record, will face ISLA Solane on Thursday, January 12. ISLA Solane finished the elimination period 5-4.

In the last match-up, Global Commercial crosses paths with V-Power Retails. Both squads ended the elimination with the similar win-loss slates of 5-4.

All PSPC playoff fixtures will be held at the Asia Pacific College gymnasium in Makati City.
