Vic Brenzter Cardenas’ star shined the brightest as Global Payment’s valiant wingman furnished an all-around output of 20 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists, 3 steals one block.
Cardenas received a helping hand from Richard Castillo, who grabbed 11 markers and 4 rebounds in nearly 25 minutes of play.
In a losing effort against Global Payments, Xerox was led by Karl Ian Atrero and Martin Eleuteri Natividad, who finished with 19 and 10 points respectively.
Meanwhile, Results Companies captured a big win at the expense of Shell Business Operations, copping 48-46 conquest to enter the winner’s bracket.
The Results Companies relied on the court heroics of Chris Catamora and Teyron Hermoso, who made 12 markers apiece for the winning squad.
Shell Business Operations made it an exhilarating contest from start to finish as Jose Benjamin Manalo led the yellow-and-red troop with a double-double feat of 14 points and 10 rebounds.
