MANILA, Philippines – Xerox and The Results Companies had to withstand an arduous challenge from their respective foes to walk out with their hands raised in triumph on Sunday, May 15 at the Treston International College in Taguig City.
Xerox carved a 68-62 victory over Teleperformance, courtesy of Martin Eleuteri Natividad’s 17-point production to power the red-and-white troop’s conquest.
Jann Chistianne Oane also stepped up for Xerox as he delivered a 16-point performance, despite coming off the bench and playing for 24 minutes on the court.
Teleperformance provided a tough test against Xerox as Marlo Jr. Maglinao bombed away with 20 markers.
Meanwhile, William Zan Johnston controlled the rebounds for Teleperformance with 15 to go along with 7 points, one assist and 3 blocks.
In the second fixture, Chris Catamora blasted 16 markers and converted two of his 5 three-point jumpers to lead Result Companies to a 70-63 win over Global Payments.
On the other hand, Jonty Cruz fueled Global Payments’ attempt to bring down Result Companies as he hauled 26 points, 7 rebounds and 8 assists.
