Texas TWT came away with a 94-76 win over Ballers United last Saturday, November 19, at the Asia Pacific College in Makati.
Nomar Adrias put up 24 points on an efficient 11-for-19 shooting clip from the field. TWT also got a huge contribution off the bench courtesy of John Obar who had 14 points and seven rebounds in 18 minutes of play.
Ballers United had a pair of strong individual performances to help their cause. Shaq Chinchontic registered a double-double of 23 points and 13 boards while Oliver Lomotos had 21 points.
However, Ballers United failed to overcome a third quarter deficit where they were outscored 26-9. They also coughed up the ball a whopping 28 times which led to 32 Texas points off turnovers.
On the following day, it was 9GVISAPH.COM’s turn to earn a victory. They defeated the Hokage Ballers 92-83 thanks largely to Julius Caingoy and his 29 points and 10 rebounds. Four other players scored in double figures for 9GVISAPH.COM, all of which had stellar all-around performances.
Dante Ditan flirted with a triple-double of 17 points, seven rebounds, and seven assists. Yeng Go had 14-5-8 while Matt Castillo was likewise spectacular with 12-8-4. Not to be outdone, Neil Clemente gave a huge boost off the bench with 18 points, five boards, and six dimes.

Wrapping up the Next5Hoops Metro Manila Central Leg action over the weekend, Exile Aquinas put away G&C Anmars, 82-67.
Paolo Avecilla was the top-scorer with 21 points on 9-for-20 FG shooting. He also dished out nine assists in the win.
Both teams struggled on the field. Anmars only shot 35 percent, including only one made three-pointer out of 18 attempts. Exile Aquinas meanwhile, only registered 33 percent from the field, but did have six made triples.
One of the key stats in Exile Aquinas’ win was them forcing 21 turnovers on the Anmars. Those miscues gave the winning team 20 points off turnovers.
In the loss, Jostine Pantillano put up 15 points and 9 boards.
