MANILA, Philippines – With a few games left in the Next5Hoops Central division, Badgers scored the biggest victory in the elimination round by defeating Wolfpack on Saturday, December 17 at Asia Pacific College in Makati.
Badgers obliterated Wolfpack with a 94-53 blowout behind the stellar performance of Carlo Eusebio, who flirted a triple-double output of 23 markers, eight boards, nine dimes and four steals.
Three other players in Badgers uniform were in double scoring figures. Back-up cadet Aaron Villamarin stepped up with 24 points.
Francis Remorca contributed 17 markers to Bagders’ lopsided win over Wolfpack, while Jonard Timbal sizzled late in the game to haul ten points.
Meanwhile, the undermanned Wolfpack was led by Marc Anthony Ordinanza, who managed to score 18 points to go along with 11 rebounds, three assists, two steals and one block.
In the other fixture, Black Label leaned on Arthur Delito’s monstrous 34-point production to walk away with a 104-97 conquest of Ballerhood.
Aside from the two winning squads, Cubs also devoured their opposition by notching a 129-100 win over 9GVISA.com.ph.
Mark Pedroso and James Panaligan steered the Cubs to a huge victory by finishing with 43 points each.
