Wells Fargo, QuintilesIMS, RingCentral Get Wins to Close Elimination Round

Personiv, Vocus Sales, QBE and Stellar BPO have secured a spot in the final four of the 2017 BPO Classics Recreational division after last weekend’s games.

Three teams did not run into any trouble trying to get the win last weekend at the Phenom Sports Center but QuintilesIMS needed a strong closer to move on.

Wells Fargo trumped RingCentral (Sales), 63-43; RingCentral (GCC) clobbered Eastvantage, 78-58 and dismantled Shell Business Operations, 81-48.

Wells Fargo leaned on a balanced scoring, especially from the bench, to blow the game wide opening against RingCentral (Sales).

Jan Michael Cesar paced Wells Fargo with 11 points while Carlos Sanchez added 10 points. Both players didn’t played less than 20 minutes.

RingCentral (Sales) only had six players contributing in scoring, making things harder for Jared Along (14 points) and Ulysses Gonzales (12 points, 11 boards).

RingCentral (GCC) had the biggest win last weekend after throwing its weight in the paint against SBO.

It had a whopping 52-26 advantage downlow, which was just one of the many things RingCentral (GCC) dominated.

Prolific scoring Christopher Cantara led all scorers with 25 which was built on four triples. He also had four rebounds in the win.

Meanwhile, the other RingCentral (GCC) game simply outlasted Eastvantage as both sides only had six players each.

It was once again Cantara along with Ian Rey Gaudinez who carried the slack as they unleashed 24 and 22 points, respectively.

In contrast, QuintilesIMS nipped PSG Global Solutions, 55-49.

QuintilesIMS tried to pull away with a blazing push in the middle quarters but PSG just wouldn’t roll over and die, cutting the lead to single digits down the wire.

Rey Mark Colongon was at the forefront of the attack with 18 points and 14 rebounds for QuintilesIMS.

Leonard Corpuz and Joey Bondoc had 10 points each while Chuckie Nunez chimed in with seven points and 12 boards.
