3W Builders and ET Homes both showed their dominance in the Recreational Plus semi-finals of the 2017 Next5Hoops Metro Manila South Leg Qualifiers, blowing out their respective rivals to seal a meeting in the championship round.
The 3W Builders went on a huge first quarter tear to beat Pound 4 Pound Dasma, 122-101.
The game was already decided after the opening period as the Builders erected a 39-12 lead. They went on a 14-2 run to start the game, and never looked back.
Nano Alvarado led a bunch of double-digit scorers with 27 points, shooting an efficient 8-of-10 from the floor and a perfect 10-of-10 from the foul line.
He had plenty of support, with JK Aljard and JC Jutie both coming off the bench to add 16 and 14 markers, respectively. Three others scored 12 or more points.
Nhavel Faisal was a one-man crew for P4P Dasma, erupting for 42 points which included 10 triples although sadly, his effort was not enough for the more complete Builders squad.

Behind the hot hands of Harvey Subrasas and Derick Tobias, ET Homes used a 53-37 second half to stamp their class and book the other finals seat.
